Ishita Vyas (original name Manju Vyas) is an Indian television and film actress. She was in the top seven of the reality television Hunt show, Kingfisher Calendar Hunt 2013. She was born in Hoshangabad, India. She started her career in the movie Peepli Live as a reporter, in 2009. Later, in 2010, she was in dream city Mumbai to enhance her career. The first project she did was for Yash Raj Films Lift Kara De. Soon after the show went on the air she got a chance to do an historically-based show for Contiloe films, Jhansi Ki Rani (TV series) as Jhalkaribai, an Indian female soldier who played an important role in the Indian Rebellion of 1857. That project led to widespread acclaim in both Bollywood and the television industry. She Also did an advertisement for Pulse Polio with Shri Amitabh Bachchan. She did an advertisement for Ushuaia Body wash for Addict films France with renowned cinematographer Darius Khondji. She also did a film for Kamdhenu Steel with John Matthew Matthan. In total, she has done at least 78 projects including films, TV, photo shoots and advertisements.

Early life

Ishita Vyas was born in Hoshangabad and brought up in Bhopal, India. Her father is an employee in Central Industrial Security Force and mother is a housewife. She pursued her modelling career in Bhopal for 1 year then she came down to Mumbai for her dreams. She is a national player of judo & karate. From child onwards she love to do sword fighting, shooting and horse riding. She says if i was not in acting sure ll pursue my career in Indian Army. She always like to do drama in school. She completed her B.Com from Bhopal.

Career

Ishita began her career as a Model then she Moved to Acting. She had performed in some critically acclaimed shows of India in various channels. She also did some big Bollywood movies.

Television Industry

She started her career in television by Lift kara de, she was critically appraised by people in Jhansi ki Rani. She did awesome as Rubina in Ruk Jana Nahi at Star Plus. She did numerous shows for many Channels.

Film Industry

Her first break was the movie Peepli Live. She has recently done movies such as OMG: Oh My God! and Special 26. She did Kannada Movie Bbete and soon is going to do one Tamil mega budget movie and one Kannada movie. She also can be seen in Vipul shah movie Commando.
