In what can be a hint of changing equations, the CPI (Marxist) is all set to sail with the YSRCP in the coming elections in the state. Just two days ago, they suffered a blow in Tamil Nadu when their alliance with AIADMK party went kaput in just ten days. The CPM is a major part of the Third Front and Jaganmohan Reddy is now all set to sail with this third alternative in the coming future. The CPM state committee has reportedly taken a decision to go with YSRCP in these elections. Jagan is also is reportedly inclined to go with the CPM as he feels it will be a win-win situation for both the parties since CPM can fetch close to 5,000 votes in each Assembly constituency which will matter a lot in about 40 constituencies. It is also being said that the success of Jagan's maiden public meeting in Khammam was actually a result of cooperation between the YSRCP and the CPM, which is very strong in this border district. By aligning with Jagan, the CPM is also planning take control of Khammam district where it had lost the two Lok Sabha seats and 10 assembly seats to ruling Congress in the 2009 elections.
